Colleen Morris a British native of Jamaican descent and a proud New Yorker.

This rich cultural background has greatly influenced her creative spirit.




Colleen began her career working as a model in London, Paris, Milan and Tokyo.  She went on to pursue her passion by earning a master’s degree in fashion design at Central Saint Martins and was trained by master tailor from Saville Row.


Colleen has worked in fashion, TV and film for over twenty years working for MTV and VH1 as a stylist, she also worked on print, music videos and ad campaigns. She became a sought  after tailor for TV and film. Her resume includes Law and Order: Criminal Intent, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Inside Man, Sopranos, P.S. I love You, Gossip Girl, and Gotham.


She has transitioned into costume design. Some feature films she’s worked on as an Assistant Designer includes Wonderwheel starring Justin Timberlake and Kate Winslet, The Foreigner starring Jackie Chan and Pierce Brosnan, and the new James Bond Film, No Time To Die. Television series including Marvellous Mrs Maisel, The Deuce, Hunters, and Invasion an  Apple TV series.


In 2016, she costume designed the feature film Bolden! where she used her knowledge and creativity to help create a world never seen before on film, New Orleans in the early 20th century. She is now designing a series of sci-fi short films.  The first Columbus, has won numerous awards such as the Big Apple Film Festival, Independent Short Awards and a Remy. She has also  been nominated by the NVIFF awards for Costume Designer in a Short Film.

She has designed "You Don't Know Me" a best seller written by Imran Mahmood adapted by Bafta Nominated Tom Edge for the BBC.

Colleen has revamped the second season of "Industry" for HBO.


In the midst of her career in film and television, Colleen still pursues fashion design as well. She designs custom pieces for celebrities and a private clientele and had her first collection shown at London Fashion Week ’18 which was a dream come true.


Colleen’s creativity and unbreakable work ethic continue to drive her today as she continues to work in both fashion and costume design. She has dual citizenship in the US and the UK.
